Our crema pasticerra goes through a journey where it passes through chocolate, hazelnut, ricotta and mascarpone in order to produce a wonderful piece of baked artistry. The best of Italy of is evoked through special ingredients such as Amalfi lemons, Bronte pistachios and Alba hazelnuts.
